Meet Grand River

Jason B. Lichfield is the principal and owner of Grand River Home Designs.  He has been designing homes for over thirty years with the first home he designed when he was just 16 years old in high school.  Since then he has designed thousands of homes which are built around the world.  For over 12 years he and his business partner thrived along the Wasatch Front in Utah and Idaho.  In 2007 Jason moved his family to Missouri, selling his business in Utah and starting Grand River Home Designs. 

Grand River Home Designs is versatile with many different varieties and styles of homes, from Mid-western Country Farm home to Mountain Lodge to Modern Contemporary style homes.  We can design anything you have dreamed of.  Remember “Even the best dreams need a plan!”
